Payments are processed automatically via SEPA Core Direct Debit (also known as consumer direct debit). Unlike B2B direct debits, a cancellation period applies here.
When you take out your subscription, you provide a one-time authorisation, after which we will automatically collect the payment each month. For each direct debit, you will receive an invoice in Blue10 in advance, so that you know when the amount will be debited.
Blue10 can be cancelled on a monthly basis. We don’t want you to use Blue10 because of a long-term contract, but because you’re happy with the software you’re using and the service we provide. Furthermore, the option to cancel at any time gives you, the user, the freedom and the opportunity to switch to another system if you’re dissatisfied, and it compels us to continuously improve our product and the service that goes with it.
After cancelling your subscription, you can take out a viewing subscription. This allows you to retain access to the digital archive within your Blue10 environment.
There are two options, depending on your current subscription:
Scan & Capture and SME View-only Subscription – €25.02 per month
Provides access to the S&H and SME features. If you do need to process a document, you’ll pay €1 per document.
Enterprise View-Only Subscription – €36.41 per month
Provides access to all features, including Enterprise. This includes logging in via Azure AD or Google Workspace. If you do need to process a document, you’ll pay €1 per document.
If you no longer wish to use the Enterprise features, you can switch to the Scan &Capture and SME View-Only Subscription.
You can adjust your subscription on a monthly basis. You can upgrade at any time; downgrades are limited to one tier per month. Changes take effect at the start of the following month.
Would you like to switch between Scan & Capture, SME or Enterprise? If so, please contact Customer Support.
If you do not process all the documents available under your subscription in a given month, you can carry these documents over to subsequent months without any restrictions.
Yes, that’s possible. If you process more documents than are available under your subscription, we will, of course, first check whether you still have any unprocessed documents in stock. If you have no documents left in stock and you process more documents than are available under your subscription, we will charge you the average document fee applicable to your subscription.
Do you process more documents than your subscription covers? In that case, the extra documents will be charged at the average fee of your subscription. This is the monthly rate divided by the number of documents in your package. You’ll see this amount on next month’s invoice.
So you pay the same rate per document, even if you go over your limit.
In your subscription overview within Blue10, you can monitor your organisation’s monthly usage yourself and see any backlog of unprocessed documents that may have built up.

Yes, this is possible. You log in using a single email address and can then choose from various Blue10 environments.
Are you changing your accounting system but would like to continue using Blue10? We’d be happy to help you with this. The process for making the switch varies depending on the accounting system. The associated fee therefore depends on this and starts from €1,150.
Yes, that is possible. At Blue10, we refer to this as a split. This involves transferring one or more accounts and users to a new Blue10 environment. All processed invoices from these accounts are also transferred to the new Blue10 environment.
The fee for a split depends on the number of Blue10 environments that need to be transferred. If the archive is transferred to the new environment, the fee is €625 per new Blue10 environment.
For example:
• Accounts B, C, D etc. are moved to environment 2: €625 excluding VAT
• Account B is moved to environment 2, account C is moved to environment
3: 2 × €625 = €1,250 excluding VAT.
It is possible to request a test environment (acceptance environment). A test environment is used, for example, in the case of a complex implementation where it is not advisable to work with the current Blue10 environment.
The fee for a test environment is €46.92 per month. Please contact Customer Support to request a test environment.
