The onboarding process begins with a personalised kick-off session with a Customer Success Manager. During this session, you’ll set a go-live date and agree on what constitutes a successful implementation.
Once the integration with your accounting system has been completed, key users will be shown how to use Blue10 during an online meeting. Following the go-live, there will be two check-ins – one after 30 days and another after 90 days – to ensure that everything aligns well with your work processes.
We monitor the schedule throughout the entire process.
Advanced onboarding involves the same steps as standard onboarding, with one difference: due to the complexity of the ERP/accounting system, the integration is carried out separately in advance, before the functional go-live of Blue10 takes place.
