Which subscription is suitable for your organisation depends on the functionalities you would like to get started with. The monthly fee is based on the number of documents you process each month.

MS Dynamics Business Central / MS Dynamics NAV

For organisations that work with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV one-time start-up costs of €1.150 apply.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations

For organisations that work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations one-time start-up costs of €1.150 apply.

In addition, to set up and maintain the integration between Blue10 and MS Dynamics F&O, you need an extra subscription. The cost for this subscription are €293,14 per month. These subscription fees are in addition to the subscription fees for the use of Blue10.

For organisations that work with Netsuite one-time start-up costs of €1.150 apply.

Unlimited number of users and administrations. In addition, you do not have to be a user in the accounting system to be able to work with Blue10.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for my subscription?

Invoices are charged monthly by direct debit, using the SEPA Core Direct Debit. When signing the Blue10 contract, you provide us with a one-off authorization. After, the payments will proceed automatically.  Before every payment collection, you will receive the invoice in Blue10 to inform you that a direct debit for your account is due.

What is the contract term and the notice period?

You can cancel your contract at Blue10 on a monthly basis. We would like that you work with Blue10 because you are satisfied with our product and not because you have a long term contract. Our monthly cancellation period also affords you the opportunity and freedom to switch to another system if you are not satisfied with Blue10. Rest assured we are committed to continuously improve our product and associated services, so your feedback will be taken into account.

Can I have access to the archive after cancelling my contract?

Yes, after cancelling your contract you are still able to access your digital archive with a viewing subscription. With the viewing subscription is it possible to keep access to the digital archive in Blue10. There are two types of the viewing subscription (which are based on the current subscription):

  • Viewing subscription Blue10 S&H and SME: The cost of this viewing subscription is € 23.45 per month. You pay €1 for every document that is still processed in Blue10 with this subscription. The ‘Viewing subscription Blue10 S&H and SME’ entitles you to use the S&H and SME functionalities.
  • Viewing subscription Blue10 ENT: The cost of this viewing subscription is € 34.13 per month. You pay €1 for every document that is still processed in Blue10 with this subscription. The ‘Viewing subscription Blue10 ENT’ entitles you to use the Enterprise functionalities, in addition to the S&H and SME functionalities. With this viewing subscription, it remains possible to enforce login, via the authentication methods Azure AD and Google Workspace. If this is no longer desired, then it is possible to activate the ‘Viewing subscription Blue10 S&H and SME’ and the Enterprise functionalities can no longer be used.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

You can adjust your subscription every month. You have the possibility to increase the subscription by multiple steps or decrease by one step, within the product package you have chosen. If you would like to switch between product package (for example: switch from SME to Enterprise) please feel free to contact our customer service.

What happens if I don't process all invoices within the same month?

No need to worry if you don’t process the exact amount of documents that are available in your monthly subscription. The remaining number of documents will be taken with you to subsequent months for an unlimited amount of time. For example, if you process only 30 out of 50 documents in January, you can process 70 documents in February.

Can I process more documents than the amount available in my subscription?

Yes, that’s possible. The extra processed documents will be either settled with the number of unprocessed documents of previous months (credit) or will be charged for the average price per document within your subscription for each additional document.

What do you mean with the average price per document?

If you process more documents in a month than the amount of documents within your subscription plan, these additional documents will charged. We charge you the average document price, which is calculated by dividing your monthly subscription fee by the number of invoices within your subscription. The additional charges will be stated on the invoice of the next month. You pay the same price for all documents you process.

Can I review my usage and costs?

In your subscription overview in Blue10 you can monitor the monthly usage of your organisation and see if you have a possible credit of available documents.
