(Online) Tailor-made Training

The (Online) Tailor-made Training is the ideal opportunity to discuss your specific questions and needs regarding Blue10. The training offers the opportunity to look at your Blue10 environment together with a customer success manager.

There are two options for the (Online) Tailor-made Training:

  • On-site training
    A customer success manager will come to your location to give the training.
  • Remote training
    The training takes place via an online meeting using Microsoft Teams.

Practical information

Rates
Fees depend on the location of the training. There are two options: 

  • On-site training
    For on-site training, there is a minimum purchase of 4 hours at € 135 per hour and travel expenses of € 65 per hour based on actual costs.
  • Remote training
    Remote training can be booked by the hour and costs € 135,- per hour.

During the training we look at how the document processing process runs and optimise where necessary. Such as by working with purchase order matching, packing slips or the Enterprise functionalities.

Need help setting routes?

The training gives you the opportunity to go through routes in detail. During the training, we take the time to set up complex auto and suggestion routes for circulating and approving invoices.

Want to know more about managing users?

During the training we will go through user settings such as setting an approval limit, confidential documents and authentication management.
