Blue10 offers seamless integration with MS365FO that consists of:

• Processing of paper, digital (PDF) and electronic (UBL) purchase invoices;
• Option to automatically link delivery notes to purchase invoices;
• Posting and blocking invoices for payment on the one hand and (after approval) unblocking invoices for payment from Blue10 in MS365FO on the other;
• Exchange of master data such as creditors, payment terms, due and payment dates, and posted invoice lines;
• Ability to automatically match goods invoices with purchase orders and receipts (delivery notes);
• A link behind the entry in MS365FO to the invoice in Blue10;
• Flexible approval flow in Blue10 for circulating, checking and approving invoices within the organisation. This approval flow functions alongside MS365FO, so you do not need additional user licences in MS365FO to use Blue10.

How can I get started with Blue10?

Blue10 uses web services to connect to MS365FO. To use Blue10, we will go through the following steps together:

• Blue10 has an extension for MS365FO that is installed independently and/or with the help of the partner in the customer’s test and then production environment;
• Together, we first link a test administration of MS365FO to Blue10. After a successful test/acceptance, the administrations in the production environment of MS365FO are linked to Blue10;
• Once the administrations have been created and linked, an e-mailbox can be linked for each administration and each document type. Finally, you can add one or more colleagues as users in Blue10, so that the implementation can proceed as smoothly as possible.
• Once these preparatory steps have been completed, we move on to the final step: putting Blue10 into use. Using a few invoices, we provide you with context and explanations about the processing of invoices and delivery notes in Blue10. Depending on your needs, we set up Blue10 together or give you the tools to continue using Blue10 independently as a key user.
